Smoothies, fruits, raw vegetables and fresh juices are excellent snacks. I personally use these as my snacks most of the time. Try to keep it simple when you are snacking by limiting the number of ingredients. You don’t want to consume too many ingredients if you are eating a larger meal in the near future.
