Turmeric Tonic – Secret Recipe Unveiled
Suffering from chronic inflammation, aches and pains, poor digestion, or leaky gut? Here is a secret recipe I’ve used with great success. The best part about this recipe is, it’s ingredients are backed by countless scientific studies.
Secret Recipe for Turmeric Tonic
1/2 Pound of Fresh Organic Turmeric Root
1/2 Pound of Fresh Organic Ginger Root
4-6 oz of GOOD Quality Raw Honey
6-10 capsules of Probiota Bifido (Bifidobacterium ONLY- no spore/yeast based strains)
Mix all in a blender with water in about 32 oz of total liquid, then strain pulp. Once blended, put in a glass mason jar. Leave it out for 3-5 days at room temperature in the dark, shake 2x per day, then refrigerate, strain and consume.☺️ It is crucial that you shake it two times per day at least.
Why use probiotics in this mixture?
Probiotics will use the honey to replicate rapidly. This will do two things: it will increase the effectiveness of this mixture for digestive purposes, and it will also break down important nutrients in the turmeric/ginger to make them more bioavailable. I avoid probiotics with beneficial yeasts, because they will dominate the bacterial environment. I prefer using probiotics that have bifidobacterium due to fermentation rate and taste.
When is the best time to drink Turmeric Tonic?
It is great to drink 5-10 minutes before eating. The ginger will assist in protein breakdown and the turmeric will help the liver/gallbladder kick into gear, which will increase fat utilization and nutrient absorption. 🙂This can be very helpful if suffering from leaky gut, bacterial overgrowth, etc.
Any science that supports this Turmeric Tonic?

Benefits of Raw Honey
Honey contains several important enzymes that help break down food, but also preserve the bioactive properties in the Turmeric Tonic. Here are a few of the enzymes found
– Diastases: Break down starch into maltose (11)
– Amylases: Break down starch into sugars like glucose and maltose (12)
– Invertases: Break down sucrose, a type of sugar, into glucose and fructose (13)
– Proteases: Break down proteins into amino acids (14)
Key Points to Remember
Please note, there are a few things that are very important to your success:
– Must Use Good Quality Honey for Probiotics to be Able to Use as Food Source
– Do not Use this Mixture for Months on End, Take a few Days Off Every Week or So
– Taking on Empty Stomach Can Lead to Cleansing of Intestines so Be Prepared
– You Actually Want Your Liquid to Fizz when You Open After Fermenting, Shows it’s Ready
– Thoroughly Wash/Scrub the Roots before Putting in Blender, Do Not Want to Culture Bad Bacteria
– You Can NOT Use Powdered Ginger or Turmeric for this Recipe, You Must Get Fresh Organic Root Only
This is truly an invaluable tool if you trying to improve your digestion, immune response and overall health. The best part is, Turmeric Tonic doesn’t go bad. The longer it sits, the more it ferments and increases in potency. Though it has great potential, remember, there are several variables which effect the end product. For this reason, you must follow the points I mentioned very closely to ensure optimal results.
Happy healing everyone!
